What
Steve Cole, an electrician in Levin, wanted a new website and a company logo. But most of all he wanted us to get his business at the top of page 1 in Google when people searched for ‘Levin electrician’.
How
We built his website and designed his logo. Then we went to work on his search engine ranking. It took us some work to get Google to recognise the search value of Steve’s business but we were very happy to see that work rewarded recently.
Steve Cole Electrician now appears where Steve wanted — top of Google for his chosen search term.
Google ads always get put at the very top of Google, but Steve’s business is next-top of page in the highly competitive map rankings — appearing in a select group of three businesses.
It’s no stretch to say that Steve, in the online space, is now one of the highest profile sparkies in Horowhenua.
We’ve enjoyed working with Steve and we’re chuffed to see him get the result he wanted.

UPDATE — JULY 2021: Steve has let us know he has moved to Christchurch and is no longer running his Levin business. His ranking, shown above, will soon disappear, but we left have left this case study up as a good example of the power of a high Google ranking.
